What is upgrade assurance?

An option to receive future major versions of Foxit PDF Editor for free upgrades. Minor updates are periodic and typically major versions are released every 12-18 months. If/when a new update or major version is released while your upgrade assurance is active and not expired, you are entitled to them.
When does my software assurance expire?

The expiration date is 364 days from the order date. The order date is found on the order confirmation email you received when the order was processed.
How do I get the free upgrade to the latest version?

Please visit our Upgrade License webpage. If you are on maintenance, please input Registration Key or SN to check your status first. Then click on Yes . After that your Registration Key or SN will be upgraded to the latest version for free.
