Volume Licensing

Volume license is also perpetual license sold as a one-time fee. The difference is in management and deployment. With volume license Kofax licenses "per user" instead of "per machine".

Kofax does not offer concurrent/ floating licensing. Each seat would be assigned to a specific named user

For volume license, Kofax licenses per named user. You can install on multiple locations and as many servers as you have as long as you stay at or below your user limit.

Volume license is one S/N for the whole company with a set # of user seats. An admin will deploy software for the users.
