Two licensing models by duration:

One-year license - All updates are free during the license period.
Perpetual license for the current major version (ver. 7) - All minor updates (e.g., 7.1, 7.2, etc.) are free. Major version upgrades (for example, to 8.0) will be free for those who purchased a license less than 12 months before the release of that upgrade.
