What is a Floating License?

Design-Expert will contact a license server to check out a seat while the program is running. The software can be installed on any number of workstations, but only 3, 5, or 10 users can be using the software simultaneously.

What updates are included?

All licenses have access to maintenance releases (e.g. 13.0.0 to 13.0.1). The subscription licenses will have access to newer major versions of the program. Buy Once licenses can purchase a support package that includes upgrades.

What support is included?

All licenses can contact support via email, which is responded to within 1 business day. Subscription licenses may call for support between 8:00 and 4:30 Central Time. Buy Once licenses can purchase a support package that includes phone support.
