Licensing is "Per User", meaning the number of people who, from time to time, may use CargoWiz. It is not about the number of concurrent users.
The Buy One-Time license is perpetual for the version purchased. There are no ongoing costs. Upates are free for the first year, if desired or needed. After that, should you want a new version, the price will be a modest upgrade price.
